Meet Our Founder

Our company was founded by Carmen Ballering after more than three decades of entrepreneurship, creativity, hospitality, education, and leadership.

From opening her first business at nineteen years old to developing boutique hotels, coffee shops, themed destinations, an accredited educational academy, and consulting programs, Carmen has always believed that experience is one of life’s greatest teachers.

Today, that experience is shared through consulting, books, retreats, educational resources, and strategic development designed to help others build healthier businesses, stronger ministries, and organizations that create lasting impact.

We didn’t begin with unlimited resources, unlimited funding, or a perfect roadmap.

What we did have was vision, determination, a willingness to work hard, and a deep faith that God was directing every step.

Over the past 35+ years, we’ve built businesses from the ground up, developed educational programs, designed hospitality experiences, created themed destinations, launched creative ventures, and helped organizations grow through seasons of both opportunity and challenge.

Every lesson we teach today comes from real experience—not just theory.
