Her experience extends beyond business. Carmen has also used creativity as a tool to make a difference—designing wearable balloon art, producing fashion shows, organizing art exhibitions, and creating fundraising events that have helped nonprofits, churches, and community organizations raise awareness and support meaningful causes.
